Our client CBRE required Invictus to assist in delivering 7 floors tailored to creating re-imagined work spaces in their new location.
This whole space reimagines the way we work to help promote collaborative work spaces, amenities that encourage exercise, as well as cafes and rest areas to help boost productivity.
The remaining floors were “made good” which included new lighting fixtures, flooring and a demo suite ready for future tenant prospects.
