36 Carrington St received a 7 floor upgrade, completing works on new flooring, ceilings, bathrooms and new lobbies which created a new dynamic boutique feel to this space.
The new tenants focused on using colour and materials to create warm and comfortable work conditions. Planning and material knowledge was fundamental to achieving these holistic textured filled looks.
The space was filled with bespoke joinery designs to promote healthier work ergonomics and well planned storage systems. The project was completed with fitting furniture and tech attachments for a clean, well sequenced environment.
Working with existing structure had its challenges as we had to receive engineering approvals for certain structural upgrades relating to the project.
