This project spanned over 6 floors, receiving a lobby revamp and bathroom upgrades.
To complete, full demolitions had to be carried out on fully functional/live work spaces. Each floor fully was managed to ensure tenants on each level weren’t disrupted and were accommodated for during the entire duration of the project.
The architectural plans required us follow through with intricate plans for wood panelling, detailed light fixtures and floor to ceiling tiling works. The end result meant we created evolving spatial conditions as you travel throughout the space. This fit out also included the addition of a café kitchen fully equipped with state of the art appliances.
